• Cardiac Assessment - Long COVID can cause new palpitations, tachycardia, and other heart issues. We will perform a complete assessment to screen for these conditions and identify the best treatment 

• Pulmonary Assessment - Some Long COVID patients report feeling increased shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. We will screen for these conditions during your visit

• Fatigue and Functional Assessment - Long COVID is known to cause increased fatigue and limit your ability to work and enjoy life. We will perform a comprehensive assessment to understand how Long COVID has impacted your independence. 

• Brain Fog Assessment - Many patients report having "Brain Fog" after COVID which can impact memory and ability to function at work. We will screen for brain fog and other memory issues to identify the best treatment. 

• Comprehensive Plan and Follow Up - based on your evaluation, we will create a comprehensive plan to treat your health care goals and address any issues we found during our exam.
